personally I think the the prison system should let him starve – and being labeled a terrorist, well that’s exactly what he is. I have no regard or compassion for this mans daily requests. I’m sure all the family’s of those perished would like to have their loved ones back.

Mr Nichols did not give the folks killed in the bombing a “last supper”. Why should we care what he eats?

Prisoners have no right to demand anything. The only thing owed them is not to intentionally abuse them, and to provide reasonable nourishment. The penal system should not have to cater to the whims of the human garbage we pay to house there. In this case, Mr. Nichols should have been executed, not incarcerated. The courts didn’t have the balls to do that but it will entertain this nonsensical suit.

When I was growing up, I was led to believe if you commit a felony and go to jail, you lose your rights as a citizen. What happened? He has no rights in my opinion. Make them work sunup to sundown, no TV, no A/C, no privileges, feed them SOS. In this particular case, Mr. Nichols is fortunate he was not executed; which should be the sentence with admission of guilt or when crimes are comitted involving multi witnesses.

Animals like terry Nichols have given up their right to humanity, if they really seek redemption, the best use of these horrible animals, is to use them for testing new protocols of drugs. That is the least they can do for the grief and damage they have caused.
I ask why should innocent animals be used for medical testing, when the sub-humans(convicted terrorist, traitors, rapist) could give valuable feedback on the effects of new drugs, with built in incentives for co-operation. It seems reasonable that this would also serve as a greater deterrent in crime. I ask why good tax money should be wasted on this?
