Hmmmm……. you must be one of those “progressives”, Good Comment. I do believe we still have the liberty to disagree in this country. Odd how intolerant your remarks are. How does that make you better than Larry again?
Dear Friends! Let’s quiet down and READ the decision and the first half of Louisiana’s Constitution—-IF reasonable input is intended. In simplest brief: LASC via ‘Landry’ decision CHOSE to diminish protection for policyholding voters. Here in the Great State, we hope that memories of our fellow ‘voters’ are long enough to withdraw re-election protection of this Court. Lettuce clip our elementary antics, and write from quantifiable perspectives. MerciBouquets!
Come to California! Our courts make insurers pay earthquake claims and you don’t even HAVE to buy the coverage. These ol’ Louisiana “stick in the muds”. Who cares about insurers? Policyholders are the important ones. Haven’t they heard?
HI BROKETTE! YEAH, YOU FOLKS IN CALI EVEN LET A MAN MARRY ANOTHER MAN! I WONDER IF YOUR COURT WILL LET A MAN MARRY HIS DOG, AND GET BENEFITS FOR “MAN’S BEST FRIEND”?
Sure Larry! Come on down! The real fun will begin when gay divorce court hits the TV as the newest reality show. I’ll be first in line at the courthouse.
Lighten up, Mag. Some of us sophomoric insurance professionals enjoy mocking the courts from time to time just to blow off steam. “Your” court is no different from any other–prone to make irrational decisions. Can we laugh so our heads don’t explode? De rien!

Good comment coming from Larry Logic (who speaks very loudly apparently) considering his area has 25 Million people & 4 last names.
