I don’t tell anyone where they can or can’t live, I just think if you wanna live somewhere, be prepared to deal with whatever comes your way!

Me, I live where I choose, but I didn’t ask for anything from the Government when Rita took off half my roof & it had to be replaced, Hartford came through with the estimate & payment & it was handled, not mis-handled because I wanted something for nothing!

The one quote said it all, “blah, blah, blah…trailer park…blah, blah, blah”. Enough said. Yeah they deserve every penny, one penny per claim/claimant.

Gary T. Fye, an expert in the analysis of disputed insurance claims who lives in Nevada, often testifies in insurance cases. Fye, who said he has testified on behalf of policyholders and insurance companies, has provided the courts information on State Farm’s history of destroying and withholding records.

In 1998, Fye wrote in a Florida case

“I have been witnessing document destruction, concealment, and obstruction of discovery by State Farm for many years in connection with my review of internal claim practices documents of the insurer. I have accumulated certain Exhibits which show the company’s goals and objectives for document handling by its employees. The documents show close to 28 years of intentional destruction, concealment and distortion of claim practices records.”

huh? what does that have to do with these ‘victims’ yelling about the levee not being strong enough? State Farm is now to blame again…hiding documents…stuffing them into shredders…using them for toilet paper…oh, yeah, and there was that nasty storm thingy that tried to wash the place away.

The owner of an engineering firm hoped to make up to $1.5 million over three months by adjusting Hurricane Katrina claims for State Farm, borrowing $150,000 and establishing a line of credit with State Farm Bank to set up shop on the Mississippi Coast in September 2005, according to records filed late Tuesday in federal court.

Because of the arrangement, Forensic Analysis & Engineering Corp. was beholden to State Farm, which wanted to minimize its Hurricane Katrina losses for wind damage, the lawsuit says. Another vendor that adjusted Katrina claims, the independent adjusting firm E.A. Renfroe & Co. Inc., at times owed 80 percent of its income to State Farm, the court records say.

So What? Last time I checked, the government owes 100% of it’s income to taxpayers, but it doesn’t always behave in their interest…does deriving income from a source somehow empty one’s soul? 100% of my income has come from my employer this year, but I won’t lie or cheat for them…sorry, but that’s just a stupid argument…”according to court documents”.

Yeah, I can close my eyes & play blind, but the warnings were there long before the storm came & the verbal warnings & evacuation orders were ignored… Sure they lost things, but had they carried insurance, perhaps they might not be in the situation they put themselves into.

Also, FEMA & other programs have given & given & given & still they stand there with their hands out waiting for the next giver… you tell me, can you see the truth, can you hear it, can you smell it? Smells like a bunch of BS to me if they still need more to be given.

Granted the levee was not in great shape, but most of the homes there weren’t either, it was a run down place long before Katrina washed it away!!!

    investigation.

The substitute reports are written by two Forensic engineers, William Forbes and John Kelly.

On Oct. 28, two months after Katrina and after the Kochan-Lecky King meeting, State Farm executive Mark Wilcox sends Kochan a sample report, which includes, among other things, the false conclusion that storm surge preceded the wind. No one believes that. The sample report’s false conclusions are attributed to Weather Data Inc., a private contractor to State Farm. The sample report includes a conclusion that the property was destroyed by surge. No wind damage was included in the sample.

In a January 2006 email, Forensic’s Kelly, commenting on a government site, admits he knows wind preceded water, even though Forensic reports are going out saying the opposite:

The thing I found interesting was the lead time of the wind ahead of the water, because this is what we experienced. I can not say what speeds the winds were, but they definitely were ahead of the water by our observation.

That is a load of garbage. Records can be destroyed once the legal time of keeping them expires. Please tell me that ALL companies keep EVERYTHING FOREVER. NOT. He’a a liar and STATE FARM IS RIGHT RIGHT RIGHT. Isn’t SCRUGGS (the scummy lawyer) indicted now and I’m sorry Trent Lott has some problems and Jim Hood. Hmmmm……….
