How much of this fund will be slush and how much will go to intice companies.

    Louisiana Math:
for every dollar spent on a legitimate project, 10 dollars are kicked back to politicians.

    All too much.
    The Insurance Companies….
did not pay claims as they should have.
Many Claims WERE LOW BALLED & DENIED.
They did not pay LIVING EXPENSES.
They did not pay LOSS OF RENT
They had the Gall to RAISE RATES
NOW they want to CANCEL THE POLICY!

Just when you think the nightmare is over
another 2 X 4 hits you in the head.
Shame on you Mr. Insurance Commissioner!
You should be fighting for the Homeowners that are still homeless because of the Industry.
You should take notes from the Good Ole Boys in Mississippi. These Men rolled up their sleeves and jumped into the ring fighting for the Residents that were destroyed by Katrina and betrayed by their Insurance like Pirates.
These Men Stood UP & Stood Toghether…
against all odds and they WON.
Know WHY? It was the right thing to do!
God Does Not Sleep and you can stuff your pockets but you can\’t take one penny with you when he calls your name.
I don\’t want stolen money…It\’s no good and I\’ve lived just fine without it.
A Standing O to the Mississippi Men.

    Allow Fema to sell
    NATURAL DISASTER INSURANCE
ANYONE THAT WANTS TO INSURE THEIR PROPERTY WITHOUT LOOPHOLES AND CALCULATING EXCLUSIONS.
USA PAID THEIR TAB. THEY PAID THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY\’S TAB TOO.

SAVE MONEY & REINVEST IN OUR CITY/STATE.
CUT OUT THE MIDDLE MAN, THE COMPANY & AGENTS AND WE WILL HAVE HONEST POLICY WITHOUT CROOKS & PIRATES IN THE LOBBY.

    SHAME ON THE ENTIRE INDUSTRY!
WE HAVE LOST ENOUGH THEY STILL WENT TO THE BANK AND THEY ARE CRYING WITH A LOAF OF BREAD UNDER THEIR ARMS AND ***.

Name one Insurance Company that did not show large profits 2005, 2006.

    WE,
The People were hit by Katrina,
WE, Paid Insurance to protect our homes.
We, had to make SBA loans.
    WE,
    The People lost their homes.
    The People lost their business.
    The People lost their clients.

    The People were the Victims.

How dare the Industry Cry me a river!
After they stole our money & left us for dead! The Agents followed company policy too and did not attempt to help their own clients that feed them daily.
    Shame on All….

The worstnatural disaster in US history
and they jumped ship. Bailed out without paying and still trying to get away with the loot.

    America Wake Up…
Mr. Donelon you should be making them pay fines like this to each subdivision they denied claims for.

We\’re all riding in the back of the bus today, we just don\’t know it.

    BOTTOM LINE….
If USA can afford to spend $2 Billion Per Week In Iraq…..
WE BETTER BE ABLE TO BUY HONEST INSURANCE OR IT WILL BE WAR…INSIDE AMERICA.

BAD ENOUGH THAT A CRIMINA HAS MORE RIGHTS THAN THE LAW ABIDING CITIZENS…

    TIME FOR A CHANGE!

    Brilliant idea.
    Governments are so efficient.
Now this state run property insurer never got around to \”balancing the books\” for 18 months, but whats the big deal?
They just need a constant infusion of our tax dollars to provide the \”fairness\” that companies that compete for our premium bucks ignore. Yeah. What was Adam Smith smokin?

    OUR Government Paid…without question.

The Politicians or State Officials had nothing to do with FEMA FLOOD INS.

If you opened up the dictionary to the word scapegoat, Michael Brown\’s picture will be there.

Fema Paid 100% of every flood policy without hesitation…..
Hurricanes consist of wind and water but the Insurance Companies denied wind damage or low balled the claim.

Say what you want, USA FEMA PAID!!!!
    Without question…

No need to argue wind/water or which came first in LA.
The wind came first. The water came after they levee blew up or broke.

Winds Blew the roof off of the Superdome, Blew out high rise windows out and blew roof tops & shingles off of almost every home in New Orleans to Bay St. Louis.

The Insurance sat back and allowed FEMA
to pick up their tab because that is what they did after they added the calculating exclusion for flood.
Katrina was so strong, she blew the covers off of the Industry.
Now they are crying because they finally had to refund some money to pay some of the claims from the worst disaster in US history.
Why didn\’t they offer or pay the full benefit for LIVING EXPENSES?

They Denied Loss of Income for Rented Property.

They overlooked Contents and Other things like fencing, landscaping and garage items.

If we were short, one cent with premiums,
    they cancel our policy.

This is America. This is our Land.

We should not be held hostage and especially not by one of our own…
    and inside…on American soil?

Please stand up and demand justice.

Our paid officials are on America\’s Payroll to protect the people.
