one could blame the homeowner if their house burnt down because of the poor job the electrician did. did the homeowner think to check and see if this electrician is licensed? did they check the better business bureau? check the internet? the \”victim\” certainly isn\’t devoid of any liability especially if they didn\’t do any due diligence on the person they hired.
I hope we all can pull together to help out those that suffer in the next disaster, natural or man-made!
Remember that there were many folks that did have a productive life & good home, but have since had to relocate… There are always moochers, but there are others that are just looking for a hand up, not a hand out! Be cautious when you judge someone, for it is with the same measure that you too will be judged one day!
