    Did this man have priors? Did he evince a major \’tude in the courtroom? Was he exposed as a perjurer? Were they angry because he would not cop a plea?

    Serious, serious, major Enron crooks have fared better than this in Texas courts.

    How much justice can you afford?

    And yes, I particularly despise WC fakers and am suggesting that maybe we need to step up punishment on the white collar/boardroom crooks…not ignore the WC fraud.

    So if one Jeffrey Dahmer type is not caught and prosecuted we should let the others off easy. ? Catching, prosecuting and convicting is not 100%. All we can do is the best we can.
