    Finally, a jury that listened to the logic of an argument in court and didn\’t go digging in the \”deep pockets\” based on emotions.

    From the sounds of hte article, the proof was pretty much on the side of the defandant in this case. Too often, proof gets ignored in this age of \”entitlement\” court decisions.

    It\’s about time that a jury actually listens to the \”merits\” of a case and then decides accordingly.

    It\’s about time. Maybe the tide is shifting. Also, what damages were there anyways, the kid is still alive and in college. Just another family looking at feeding from the trial attorney trough of lies and deceipt.
