I work for a debt settlement company and they are not all bad. Just like anything else always read before you sign. If you sign up for settlement they are going to expect payment for the employees work and time. So if you are sending in a voided check it is more than likely so you can be drafted. Clients also many times only hear what they want to. I believe that Settlement Companys are no worse than credit card company that charge outrageous finance and interest rates

I just want to know if this is going to be a legite company and do what they are suppose to do. I already had a court levy and now I need to repair myself from that. Is Deebtxs the way to go or to just live on the down low anyway. I have to know since the court levy was put into affect cause now I owe my checking account all the over draft fees becsue they let the cout levy take the money so the court levy should pay my fees. I need my credit cards, checking account and everything else to live. Otherwise I can\’t work or anything else.

I think it\’s best to find a legitimate Debt Settlement Company.

    I have a friend that used http://www.totaldebtservices.com/debt_settlment.htm

They said it worked fine for them.

We are now finding that in 2008 new companies are springing up like mushrooms!
I have been in this service industry for many years and now see all the “bad characters” showing up all over! You know the ones that raped people on mortgage refinance’s and new loans. Now they are trying to make another quick killing without any regard to the client’s best interest.
If you are on the verge of bankruptcy then by all means try to use debt negotiations first! If all else fails then file bankruptcy.
If you are just ticked off at the credit card companies and don’t want to pay outrageous interest rates then use a CCCS type company.
My company http://www.uscaonline.com will give you the full story and we back it up with a money back guarantee. This is not for everyone but it does work, you just need to know the risk involved and how to handle your case. Period!
