None of these proposed tax cuts/increases ever seem to go for helping our education system as the ever waging tongue seems to promise. What the heck was the TX Lottery supposed to be doing? We all voted \”yes\” for the Lottery in Texas so that we could improve our schools…where is that money and who\’s pocket do we need to dig it out of???
