    Where does it end? The bar association reining in their out of control members, that is where!

    Unbelieveable that it took two courts to come up with the right answer.

    Who was the first judge; Boss Hawg??? I guess getting pregnant in the back of your pickup could also be covered if you say you failed to properly secure your load.

    One of my policy holders worked for Farmers at their Personal Injury Protection (similar to med payments coverage in some other states). She had the \”got pregnate claim\”. The claimant actually said it should be covered because it happened in the back seat and it was an accident.
    This was years ago and that claim wasn\’t paid either.
    Car insurance premiums include defense costs for stupid claims like this.
