The trial lawyers in the Oklahoma lesilature have obstructed WC Reform in the state for decades rather than “kill the goose that laid the golden egg”.

Even with a Repulican majority in the House and Republican Lt. Gov., that’s not going to change easiliy.

Are those “Dueling Bangos” we hear?????

Sorry about that. I know it’s “legislature” and “banjos”.

It’s hard to type when you’re so mad you can’t see straight!

Sounds like Senator Morgan, like the rest of Oklahoma demNOcrats, have a difficult time reading the King’s English. The Oklahoma Constitution clearly states: The Senate shall elect a President Pro-Temp to serve in the absence of the Lt. Governor. What that clearly states is when the Lt. Governor is not present to preside over the senate, then and only then the President Pro-Temp is to act as its president. But I have come to accept Oklahoma politicians have a difficult time understanding the native tongue.
