How can the members of the senate let this happen? This is one of the most important reforms that can be done for our state. The word on the street is that lawyers control the senate. I assume from reading this article that the word is true. The way things stand now only the trial attorneys benefit from the structure of the law. The money from our state is going into their pockets and not to people. What a rip off!!!
