    75% of W/C claims are fake or prolonged by employees. Added to this the W/C commissions that raise % of disability ratings and fake Dr.’s treating employees and one can quickly see why costs are going up. Employee’s feel “ENTITLED” and they are NOT! This comes from 40 years experience of handling W/C claims.
