Gee I can see where I could start up a business and catch a lot and I mean a lot of so called personal vehicles being used as commercial vehicles instead.
I wonder if the insurance companys would like to pay a flat fee on what the person was paying to what they should have been paying. Or pay a flat rate for each one caught not claiming the proper class of use. Or pay a fee plus extra expenses incured catching the cheats.
