As Director of Product Innovation for Verisk Insurance Services, I direct a medical fraud detection product called MedSentry and also collaborate with the National Insurance Crime Bureau on their Aggregated Medical Database initiative. In both settings, we have several analytical tools, called conditions, designed to detect a types of medical provider fraud, including EMG abuse.
