Gary Wickert. How about a scenario were someone was following a person that they knew was driving drunk, but wanted to protect this person in case there was an accident or other reasons? I would say this is in fact culpability on behalf of that person protecting a drunk driver. Intent, purpose or knowledge with substantial certainty. Are you against this as well?
JOJO, your comment makes no sense. How in the heck are you protecting them if you are certain they are going to wreck? If you are following someone you know is drunk, you must have been with them prior to you both driving…why did you let them leave in the first place?
If it is a stranger, why would you be protecting them?
