*In Congress, some Republicans are trying to block the stricter regulation in legislation and in a rider to a pending appropriation measure.*

In order to keep 60 coal fired power plants open that their owners will have to close to comply with EPA regs, which of course will lead to rolling brown outs and black outs.

“When I was asked earlier about the issue of coal…under my plan of a cap and trade system, electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket…even regardless of what I say about whether coal is good or bad, because I’m capping greenhouse gasses, coal power plants, natural gas…you name it…whatever the plants were, whatever the industry was, they would have to retro-fit their operations.” -Obooba.

So what he can’t do through congress, he will jam down our throats with EPA regs.

Your witty misspelling of our President’s name makes me more inclined to agree with your opinion. Who cares about contaminated ground water anyway?
