Wouldn’t it have been easier to focus on creating equality in the workplace? I wonder who spends more at this chain, men or women?
If this goes badly for the plantiffs, perhaps more women could support the plantiffs by not shopping at Wal-mart for a while and see how their pocketbook looks then.
