The SEC as well as other govt. orgs investigated Madoff.and found nothing,so how would those Picard is going after know what the govt.did not know after they visited Madorf’s office, interviewed him, saw his files, and came up empty.This is a collosal over reach which is hurting a lot of people by an over zealous govt. agency.They dreamed up the theory that not only should those they are after repay any profits but also be liable for billionsmore. They are trying to out do Madorf, in a sense.
