OK, their stock price fell from $60/share to $27/share but is currently trading at $48/share. Their $3.36/share/year dividend was suspended for 3 months but has recently been re-instated at $1.68 beginning the 1st Quarter 2011. The stock price will rise as will the dividend, so where’s the beef in these lawsuits? I hope I get called to serve on one of those juries.
