    this case has gone on too long. end it already. I am not sure how this case will end, but either way business loses.

    This has dragged on for so long, probably so they can add more people onto the classs action suit. Wal=Mart has a zillion locations so how can one generalize about women not getting promoted? Wal-Mart is low prices and they pay low and you get what you pay for. A lot of them probably aren’t promotable!

    WalMart has hundreds of female store employees who have been with the company more than 20 years; if they had a policy of discrimination, this wouldn’t be the case.

    I think a large number of the plaintiffs signed on for a chance at an extra payday and any discriminatory act was at the local store level if it occured at all.
