I just got my Turkey Fryer in the mail today. It’s gonna be my first try at this. I guess I should lower my HO deductible sometime before next week.

Be careful! Mine boiled over 8 years ago and the lawn still hasn’t grown back. It killed the grass forever.

    Couple pieces of advice…

    1. Make sure the turkey is thawed completely before dropping it in that hot peanut oil (gotta use peanut oil for the best result)

    2. Don’t forget to remove the gibblet bag

Don’t drop it in….lower it gently.

I wonder how many people who attempt to fry a turkey have actually ever deep fried something in their lives? If you’ve ever deep fried anything in the house you learn real quick to make sure the food is DRY (and completely thawed) before putting it in the oil.
