    This applies with ALL insurance companies. All you have to do is change it when you write the policy and get a letter of experience. Easy solution. Now, if you’re quoting with a carrier that does not allow agents to edit the CLUE on the application, I guess you’re out of luck. Glad I have that ability.

    so, will they change all those at-fault accidents to not-at fault? how many times have we seen incidences on the clue report and it shows collision damage but does not always change it to show it’s been subgro’d… it amazes me when it’s been changed by one entity w/in their house, but they don’t change it nationally so if they are shopping it does not look as an at-fault claim…

    Great point. If Allstate wants to show their serious about this, they’ll go back and change the status of the accidents to NAF’s. Seems like they wouldn’t have a case if they didn’t. If I’m an Allstate insured, I would demand it.
