    I can’t believe that Dr’s were forced to put all medical information on computer. Who was the stupid putz that enacted this law? I CAN TELL YOU ONE THING IF MY MEDICAL INFORMATION IS BREACHED I WILL SUE THE PANTS OFF THE DR!

    Exactly when are insurance carriers to be held to the same standard?…Wellpoint just lost health and personal information on almost 500,000.00 members (see article below)…How much will their fine be?..Probably a 100K or less according to history.
    So, before you hang the healthcare providers for minor and/or limited situations, perhaps we should review carriers who have lost (or had stolen) the private health and personal information for over 9 million people in the last 3 years alone..Google the info if you don’t believe me.

    Insurance carriers are never held accountable for anything they have regulators on their payroll! They may get slapped with a fine but Insurance can do anything they want to anybody they want you should know this!
