Tea partiers are not all dumb. They believe in being fiscally responsible. Even our illustrious president has established a deficit panel. (LOL) Thats like a drug addict setting up a intervention group. I dont think Obama will attend or listen to them.

Actually I used to be a democrat until they stoped being fiscally responsible in the mid 90’s and were taken over by the likes of left wing radicals like George Soros and Al Gore. Now I am an independent and a proud Tea partier myself.

Hope in 2010 and change in 2012!

Right on! Guess “tea party member” is now not “politically correct”. what ever happened to ethical morals in this county. Can I not stand up for my beliefs without being labeled?

    Wally,

If you read what Stephen wrote, it’s not about disagreeing with Obama, it’s the craziness of their logic. I agree that guy’s post was a lot crazy.

What I see are the same people defending Obama as “doing the best he can” are the ones that called for Bush’s head and called him a racist after 3 days when Katrina hit. Obama gets a pass?

I think every mainstream media is afraid to tell it like it is with Obama for fear of a “race” card being thrown in.

    Wally,

I’m not giving Obama a pass. In fact, I was agreeing with the guy who said the $20 billion fund was the *first* smart thing the President has done on the Gulf disaster.

I’m one of those independents. I have no ideology that I cling to. The escrow is a smart move, considering the Exxon disaster is still being litigated today.

Most state governments track their stimulus dollars. It is very easy to find. My state (Kansas) has used stimulus dollars to pay for infrastructure works on roads and bridges so helps our employment picture. I wrote a very nice size manufacturing account based in Florida the qualified for stimulus dollars. They used the money to buy the company back from a foreign parent company. Many states including Texas, Oregon, Louisana and Ohio offer information on how stimulus dollars are spent. http://www.window.state.tx.us/recovery/transparency/tracking.php and http://www.auditor.state.oh.us/recovery/.
There are many stimulus tracking organizations out there as well.
