Toyota Pays $16.4 Million Fine But Says It Acted in Good Faith

    “Give us the money and we’ll make it go away”

    Same tune different sucker. Toyota “manned up” and paid the fines so they can get to the business at hand, which is resolving all the pending civil actions that have been brought and will continue to be brought as well as making an effort to restore their name.

    Well Uncle Sam has got to find some way to pay it’s debts. Now that they own GMC they have got to try and make the competition look bad so they can sell more vehicles.

    Toyota has been repremanded by even the Japanese governement over the past 10 years for failing to do recalls, and other safety concerns. I seriously doubt they understand what “Good Faith” is.
