These errors would not have occurred if the patient had different insurance? The doctor looked in the patients wallet and checked coverage before the errors were made? What has medicare got to do with it?

Sound’s like all of those medical safety mandates imposed on hospitals since the 2006 medical error report haven’t been very effective. Bye bye Joint Commission!!!!!

Put 2 + 2 together.Hussein Obama wants to do away with Medicare altogether and this is one of the best ways to do so.Put the risk on the providers and charge them higher premiums so they have to charge more for services the more they charge for services the less amount of peole that will be able to use them.
They already have limits on Medicare under the Obama plan and they don’t amount to crap this forces one to have to go with the other government coverage or buy from an medical provider and most people can’t afford to buy extra insurance so there you have it Obama gets his way and forces everyone into his plan.sort of herding cows if you will!
