And by the way, I have had experience with the NICB and any Tom, Dick or Harry can submit a “suspicious” claim to the NICB and it means absolutely nothing.
How does the number of lawsuits going down indicate that fewer frivolous lawsuits and claims are being filed? There is no relationship between the two “facts”.

Case counts for fraud investigators are up all over the country and it’s not because adjusters are simply referring more cases over. There is unfortunately just more fraud across all lines.
