    I would say that 98% of the EEOC “bias” claims are pure B.S. Are they increasing? Yes. Why? Because of lay-offs and the fact that it is hard finding another job. Bascially the mentality of these people is to sue for some free money instead of working or finding another job. The situation is as sickening as these people.

    Mary B do you currently work in corporate America? If so I’d like to work where you do. The tighter the economy the harder corporate America generally comes down on its employees. Of course they take it until they can’t take it anymore because there are no other jobs.

    It is hitting the Work Comp sector as well. Claims are on the rise as people report alleged injuries after lay-offs. Are they valid? Can’t say, but it is highly suspect.
