    Hexavalent Chromium was the chemical discussed in the Julia Roberts’ film, “Erin Brockovich” based on an actual case won against PG&E. The original case was heard in 1993 and the movie was released in 2000… how has nothing been done yet?

    I’m not one of those “punish the companies” hippies or one who generally supports product liability lawsuits but really, is there nothing else they could use for the same purpose that would be less a mutagenic/carcinogenic?
