I am looking into my crystal ball & I see the Insurance Lottery – you may never need the fire insurance, but then again there could be a tornado come through & rip up your neighbor’s house & throw the propane tank he has into your home & it could burst into flames, so don’t cancel your coverage just yet!
Oh & buy flood too – you know… just in case there is a levy break near the trailer park!
