    It seems to me that YOU have no clue; it is one thing to collect data and publish it, it is another to draw conclusions from it. How many drivers are on the road in Souix Falls, say, compared to Los Angeles? Interpretation is a different animal and my fellow IJ readers know that this is a meaningless statistic until they can control for the variables to make a comparison worth while. I mean how many deer related collisions occur in Hawaii compared to Virginia, Pennsylvania or New York? Obviously population density is not a meaningful variable for your analysis or you would have a clue after all….

    Ilive in Sioux Falls, SD and the irony of us being the safest city is that we are the largest city in SD, and that we have the youngest driving age in the world, 14 and 12 for farm equitment.
