Interpretation is a different animal and my fellow IJ readers know that this is a meaningless statistic until they can control for the variables to make a comparison worth while. I mean how many deer related collisions occur in Hawaii compared to Virginia, Pennsylvania or New York? Obviously population density is not a meaningful variable for your analysis or you would have a clue after all….
