When we listened in on the analyst and corporate calls yesterday, I was wondering how we were going to service all that debt being assumed just to buy the firm.
If the numbers are correct this is a great deal for Willis…It would take them 10 years to write this much business..I see no reason for the downgrade if the debt ratio’s are good. All S&P did was up the money cost for Willis…Thanks a lot..
So when are the carriers going to start acquiring? This is getting sort of boring, waiting for some splash in the market. We have too many carriers, and if anybody is going to grow, then they must buy. Unless of course you are Indiana Insurance, in which case, you have no underwriting discipline and you write anything at any price.

Apparently others had the same question.
