Food Makers Say They Won’t Overreact to Safety Scares

    I worked in food production for 7 years ans there is a lot of pressure to keep quality high. There is also even more pressure to keep production running. This is one area we have let the inmates run the asylum. I don’t know how to fix it, but I do know that the actual practice of the quality standards touted by food companies is a far cry from what the publicity says.
