    Coolest Winter Since 2001 For U.S., Globe, According To NOAA Data
    http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2008/03/080314175834.htm

    ScienceDaily (Mar. 15, 2008) — The average temperature across both the contiguous U.S. and the globe during climatological winter (December 2007-February 2008) was the coolest since 2001, according to scientists at NOAA’s National Climatic Data Center in Asheville, N.C. In terms of winter precipitation, Pacific storms, bringing heavy precipitation to large parts of the West, produced high snowpack that will provide welcome runoff this spring…
    ~~~
    Had IJ the integrity to publish the WHOLE REUTERS STORY, it would not have focused on the PREDICTION that the South can expect warmer weather for the next two months, but the FACT that we just lived through one of the coolest winters on record.
    And of course, if this prediction falls through it will go down IJ’s memory hole post haste.
    A giant fireball in the sky heats the planet. The planet’s thin crust sits on a bzillion tons of molten rock, some of which is pumping into the ocean 24/7 from active undersea volcanoes. NEWSFLASH: Now and then the planet warms up a little – MAN’s FAULT!!!
    Not.
    “Carbon dioxide is 0.000383 of our atmosphere by volume (0.038 percent),” according to meteorologist Joseph D’Alea, the first director of meteorology at The Weather Channel and former chief of the American Meteorological Society’s Committee on Weather Analysis and Forecast.
    “Only 2.75 percent of atmospheric CO2 is anthropogenic in origin. The amount we emit is said to be up from 1 percent a decade ago. Despite the increase in emissions, the rate of change of atmospheric carbon dioxide at Mauna Loa remains the same as the long term average (plus 0.45 percent per year),” he said. “We are responsible for just 0.001 percent of this atmosphere. If the atmosphere was a 100-story building, our anthropogenic CO2 contribution today would be equivalent to the linoleum on the first floor.”
    Global Warming doest really matter – The fact is man still needs to change his behaviors because we are poluting the air and water. Thus causing ill health for humans and animals.
    So, shouldnt we change our behavior and polute less?
    We have and do. Since we all recognize that clean air and water are important, why do you think that collectivists are pushing the phony global warming agenda when all they would have to do honestly is focus on clean air and water? Why the apocalyptic alarmism, do you think?
    Honestly, I think its so they can come up with a global warming tax of some sort.
    Clearly something is going on.
    There is even a study showing that currently there is global warming on other planets, I dont see why that is not in the news. (controlled global corporate media)
    John, please don’t mention global warming on other planets. The next thing you know, we’ll (the USA) be hit with galactic taxes.
    No committee could ever come up with anything as revolutionary as a camel —
    anything as practical and as perfectly designed to perform effectively under
    such difficult conditions.
