Randall, I do believe Gill was asking you name a specific group of people, not just “right wing racists”. There are many groups that could be referred to as such, I am sure.
This is a case of stupidity. These trailers were never meant for continuous occupation; they are travel trailers! They will offgas for several years before they fall below OSHA levels. And OSHA PELs are not always based on the best science; they are quite often consensus based standards that haven’t been researched yet. I don’t know about the formaldehyde standard specifically, but in general most of the OSHA PELs have not been looked at in 30 years. And if people are looking at OSHA PELs for guidance that tells me there is no other standard available.
Here’s an excuse for my ignorance – I don’t spend my life seeking out conspiracy theories on the part of those with whom I disagree politically. If you really believe that any human, especially an American, is making an effort to purposely hold down other Americans as a part of an insidious plan, then I think you need more air. As an engineer, I understand that @#$% happens. If you think that every situation, including bad ones, requires a reconciliation that is satisfactory to you, then you are living in a fantasy land. Things happen, people die in accidents, and all that happened before the Clintons conveniently invented the concept of ‘vast right wing conspiracy’. That pie eyed locksteppers like you actually buy it is evidence of 1) no father at home or 2) lousy educational system or 3) you summered in Cuba at the foot of Fidel and Rauel.
