    In August, it was no problem at all. Now industry mouthpiece IIT says it’s incondequential–based on insurers investing as they should have.

    Since when has that occurred? Check back in October, November and December for more exciting news. There will be a big scramble for cash among insurers, knocking the bottom out of the markets. When will they ever learn?
