I believe that any veteran returning from a tour of duty would be willing to spend a few months in recovery and regrow their lost limb as opposed to living a life with only part of a full body. The April 2008 issue of Scientific American has an article about “How to Regrow Limbs” starting on page 56.
We have several good Veteran’s hospitals here in Texas. We should be setting the pace for this effort instead of some place in New Jersey or California.
What can I do as just a citizen, a Veteran, and a Voter to get this off of no money available to a full steam ahead program. I believe you could ask any wounded veteran, and they would tell you what has been the hold up. They would say a lot more.
