    To Reason…..
To draw a straight line from a law suit in Salt Lake City, Utah to the LDS Church is the most ignorant post I’ve read on this site. 1) not all people that live in SLC are “Mormons” 2) using your bigoted theory, then the judge and jury would also have to be \”idiot Mormons” wouldn’t they??? 3) Does a persons beliefs about religion really belong on this site?

Hummm.. Whose the idiot here… REASON

To say my prior post is the most ignorant you\’ve seen on this site is very telling.
You must not read much stuff on here.

But lets get past that for a moment and delve a bit deaper into your allegations; shall we.

    1. Of course all people in Salt Lake City are not Mormon. Duh. I never said everyone in SLC was Mormon, but thank you very much for that demographic update. Next time try adding something educational like 62.4% of households in Utah claim to be LDS as of the 2004 count.

    2. Sticks and stones my saucy little giblet; why don\’t you just say something bad about my mom? But lets explore the definition of \”bigoted\” – prejudiced and intolerant, holding very strong opinions, especially on matters of politics, religion, or ethnicity, and unwilling to accept different views.

Now call me crazy, but I don\’t believe you know me well enough to consider whether I am unwilling to accept different views. Nor do you know how strongly I hold my opinions as I did not indicate either in my short post.

If you would like to reduce this to name calling, at least use an accurate assessment; such as my comments were \”stereotypical\” – oversimplified conception or standardized image or idea held by one person or group. This is a bit more accurate.

Beyond that, I never said ALL Mormons were idiots, you did. I know idiots of several different religious genres, some with no belief at all. So no, in my opinion the judge and jury do not have to be \”idiot Mormons\” as well; but that\’s not to say that they couldn\’t be.

Just to clarify for those who skim-read, I said that this particular person was an idiot Mormon. Whether or not he is an idiot is my own personal opinion, but it just so happens that he IS Mormon. That is not my fault.

    3. It is not for me to decide if opinions of any kind belong on this site, but apparently you believe it is. So I say sure; why not. After all, it is a forum specifically designed for public opinion to be expressed; so go for it. You have my permission. Just try not to be so hostile; you could offend some people.

Just to break the ice, I\’ll start.
I tend to like Mormon people. I even dated a Mormon girl once when I was younger. I liked her; she was HOT plus a tad freakay for a Mormon if yaknowadamean. Ahhhhh youth, good times.

As for your final question; I\’m not much for name calling. I\’ll just let my title answer that question.

Sorry. I wasn\’t paying attention and missed correcting the spelling of \”deeper\”.

I was day dreaming of religiously diverse hot chicks.

    It won\’t happen again.

Maybe I missed something here in the article but I did not see where it said anyone was a Mormon.

Anyway, I agree, who the hell cares?
