What do all these large insurance have to GAIN from believing in global warming? They think its real and they want to stop it. Their profits depend on stopping it. So how come their scientists dont think its a hoax?

I\’m damn sure my agency will be affected, either positively or negatively, by either global warming or cooling. Don\’t I
need/require/want grant dollars to do something/nothing about impending/nonexistant climate change?
Won\’t my staff need coats/tanktops to continue to perform/screw around in the office. Hard not to remember the words of Al Bore, oops I mean Al Gore \’I\’m smart, your dumb\'(for best effect speak very, very slowly).

They are in cover-the-butt mode at the behest of their boards just in case. And I am not aware of any insurance companies that have climate scientists on staff.

A National Academy of Sciences report reaffirmed the Warm Period from about AD 900 to AD 1300 and the Little Ice Age from about AD 1500 to AD 1850. What could human activity have had to do with these climatic changes, that occurred long before large-scale human industrial activity.

I mean, during the Middle Ages Vikings grew crops in Greenland! So if planet warmed and cooled without man\’s involvement in the past, what has changed?

Its bad enough these idiots send this rubbish out in January. I\’m in Chicago today and its 15 F. Why don\’t these pea brains at least release their junk science in July or August? Shows their intelligence, doesn\’t it. Useful Idiots.

Honest to God, \”losses from climate change\”???? I mean, can you name one single loss that anyone can DEFINITIVELY pin on climate change? WTF is going on? Has everyone bought this nonsense hook, line and sinker?

Apparently, none of you closed-minded fools has taken the time to watch An Inconvenient Truth, or to read the scientific literature on global warming.
Yes, there have been heating/cooling cycles and changing co2 levels in the past, but not at the pace we are on now.
And ok, say it is partially a natural cycle, does that mean we should just ignore it and let the coastlines flood, cropland dry up, etc. etc. without even attempting to at least understand it, if not slow or stop it ? !
And to answer the question about all the snow in Anchorage, An Inconvenient Truth illustrated this same effect of global warming where it showed some places in India destroyed by massive flooding from record rainfall, while other areas are suffering from record drought.
Yes, it is difficult being in the top intellectual 1% and having to live on a planet with the other 99%. Thanks for asking.

Oh, so after posing as an adult with an \”honest question\” you reveal yourself to have emitted from Al Gore\’s butt, spewing vitriol and name-calling.

Anyone who would believe Al Gore for the time of day is a d-o-p-e. If you think that he is a reasonable man you are a moonbat.

For the adults who might still be involved here, JunkScience.com has produced “The Real Inconvenient Truth ” — debunking two key myths of climate alarmism, including that the Earth’s atmosphere acts like a greenhouse and that reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) emission will avert significant temperature change.

Go here for some actual science about \”global warming.\”

Ehy patrick, I thought warmer waters lead to more powerful hurricanes. Temps on average across the globe have risen sharply recently. So there is no debate here. HOW STUPID ARE YOU???????????
This is about whether its causes by man or natural events.

But there is no debate that temps have increased. Temperature of the water and soil. These are facts you FOOL.

People like you make all the REPUBLICANS LOOK BAD.
