Tired of alarmists, you are so right!

Check out this link to the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, which refutes the Associated Press\’s claim that Algore\’s movie is supported by the majority of climate scientists.
Why is China exempt from the Kyoto Protocol? Their air quality is horrendous!

Bush didn\’t change his mind on his promise to regulate CO2; he has few opinions of his own to change one way or the other. Carl Rove directs him on what to say to accomplish the mission at hand. As circumstances change or evolve, statements have to be adjusted accordingly. The mission is to stay in power for the benefit of the powerful and to hell with the world and future generations.

The earth is in our hands and we must take care of it. Proof is there to be seen – water temperatures rising – more atmospheric events. Yes, may be noral cycles – but aggravated by our environmental issues and warming. If something is optional – there must be great incentives to choose the environmental friendly direction – or it won\’t happen. Too much big $$ out there making the decisions. History has shown us money talks – but unless we take action – Mother Nature will have the last word!

The lie is that human activity has any measurable impact on the earth\’s temperature. A single volcanic eruption has a bigger and longer lasting impact than all the cars in the world.

But if CO2 is such a big threat, maybe we should regulate the hot air coming out of these leftist environmentalists – afterall, we humans exhale CO2.

Nikki, can you explain how global warming is a man made problem when evidence exists showing less temperature fluction now than before mankind existed.

\”Global Warming\” is a fake issue taken up by liberal anti capitalists because they can not further their socialist cause using facts.

I heard a line just yesterday. Global warming is a political issue, not an environmental issue.

And regarding Kyoto, the benefits to the environment would be so miniscule, it wouldn\’t be worth the cost of the ink to sign it.

It\’s all about the money & passing the buck. Why is pollution an issue? If a person breathes the exhaust of a motor vehicle in a closed garage for just an hour, he or she will most likely be dead.
We are releasing Lethal substances into our environment, and then debating how we can delay doing something about it!
It shows the power of the true \”Golden Rule\” Whoever has the gold, makes the rules…

OPEN THE GARAGE DOOR. Obviously such a high concentration of anything would be harmful or deadly. But let it out and the worst you get is a bad smell.

And don\’t forget, our friends the trees need CO2.

Forgive me for getting personal but do you practice what you preach? How many evil automobiles do you own? What heats your home and water? If it\’s electric, do you get that from a \”green\” provider? Don\’t pass the buck to the government. If you want to change the world, start with yourself.

True be told, the number one \”greenhouse gas\” is H2O. Yes, hard to believe, but true! Water vapor has a greater effect on global warming than any other atmospheric gas.

Think of a layer of clouds on a cold winter night. Without the layer of clouds, the temperature would drop like a rock. With the clouds, the temp only drops slightly.

It was the enviromentalists that pushed for cleaner engine exhaust, so now all cars have a catalitic converter, which converts some of the exhaust into what?

    That\’s right!
    Water and CO2!!!

So now they want CO2 regulated. Next will be water vapor. No more boiling water!!!

\”And don\’t forget, our friends the trees need CO2.\”

Yeah, and the exhale O2. The more CO2 they take in, the more O2 they exhale. The more CO2 there is in the air, the bigger and heartier plants like corn and wheat will grow, feeding more people and growing in places where now the soil can\’t support them.

The last Ics Age was preceded by high concentrations of CO2. Why did we get an ice age instead of \”global warming\”?

The enviropnmentalists are like watermelons: Green on the outside but RED on the inside.
