A family member of mine lives in Gutier, Ms. The storm surge brought five feet of water into all of her home leaving mud & sludge in its place. Black mold is growing and everything electrical and wood is a loss. Are you saying that Katrina’s wind & storm surge are definably different from flooding in regards to filing an insurance claim?
