    imagine the good he could do for the industry, for the defrauded consumer, for the public relations of the beleaguered insurance professionals, for the burnishing of his own gubernatorial, prosecutorial, magisterial image!!!

    Scott, for $1,000 I would want to see it first. But if you can proove its really invisible then yes, I would be interested in purchasing it as that sounds like a fair price for something so unique.

    I agree that he was probably luring the gullible down the yellow brick road. However…I recently had a case wherein the victim of a medmal scam, after being advised of the criminal act, begged us to allow her to continue paying the scammer because it was cheaper than her previous liability insurance and she wouldn’t be able to find tail insurance with a new carrier! Talk about gullible!
