Hurray for Lighten up, PD & Tom in NJ!! I always thought it was attorneys that had no sense of humor, but guess I was wrong. I wonder how many of the serious ones will actually download the agreement!!??!!

I agree with Lighten up 1 & 2 and Tom in Nj and PD. I was talking about people taking halloween so serious they need to relax and enjoy the day. It’s a fun holiday, meant for kids.

It’s a hoot. Download it and copy it. Then hand it out with each handful of healthy snacks.

This is something that should be taken very seriously. Ive been having children sign a similar waiver for 2 years now. While most parents no longer bring their kids to my house, at least I sleep better at night, and I dont have to buy as much candy.

Please….if this is what it comes down to-we really need to enact Tort Reform in this country. Vote for candidates on 11/02/04 that oppose filing frivolous
    law suits.

Hey Mr. Wilson. I mean Bob. Just turn the light off and they wont come to your house anyways. Perhaps you can get a few extra hours of sleepy time.

I went to my relatives last night and watched while they gave out candy. Atleast I know I can’t be sued. My uncle dressed up like a werewolf and scared half the kids. Do you think someone might sue him? LOL!!!!

You think this is funny? Tell that to the kid who cut half his foot off mowing my lawn. When I showed his parents the waiver he signed no one was laughing!

Bob, how many waiviers do YOU sign when asked? It’s a stretch to compare mowing your lawn with candy liability. I thought you were just in the spirit of things at first. I feel sorry for your neighbors.
