    I am very much interested in the claims centre deployment,and when I see this article, something occure in my mind:
    a):if a company is national or international, how is the centre organized?
    b):the detailed process of the centre dealing with every claim.
    c):the effeciency of the centre; For a normal claim settlement, how long it will take?
    d):How does the centre help the insurance company to deal with internal and external insurance fraud;
