I wish that when this topic is discussed that it specifies whether it is applying to licensed or unlicensed paper. As I understand the NYS Superintendent has not yet approved the exclusion on admitted licensed paper.
The NY Insurance Dept. has approved the ISO “exclusion of certified acts of terrorism” endorsements for BOP, Commercial Auto (above minimum statutory limits), GL, Umbrella, Farm Liability and Property, and interline (Property, Boiler, Crime, etc.)
