W/ respect to Mr. Hood’s point that Pentagon + WTC + Flight 93 would have to be one event if WTC = one event, I would probably agree.
The Pentagon and Flight 93 carrier would have had different insurance policies, though (assuming they had any at all). Flight 93 and Pentagon don’t claim damages from Silverstein’s insurers.
Unfortunately I am not familiar with the coverage forms but wanted to put my little statement along with the others. Had this property had the legitimate full insurable values insured, I would be willing to bet that Silverstein would be arguing one occurrence so as not to have to pay 2 deductibles. If anyone knows where these coverage forms are available to review please let me know. I would really like to read them in their entirety.
