One more case in which courts have granted coverage to scenarios in which coverage was never intended to exist, making it close to impossible o draft policy language that will limit coverage to that which is intended. Result is major increased premiums which some insureds cannot afford. Though I have always believed that policy language should, and must, be liberally read, there must be some limits on this – as clearly stated in the policy forms.
