    What were they hiding? The fact that a church is involved makes no difference in complying with policy requirements–especially when the policy was issued by an insurer specializing in insuring churches. Congratulations to the insurer, its lawyer, and the judge.

      Agree. I’d like more details to see what the Church was thinking. Carriers usually give multiple warnings and policy language before denying for failing to cooperate or comply with post loss obligations. There’s always more to the story, but given the facts presented, what else was the carrier supposed to do?
