    It appears to me that the property owner has a good case against Van Lines (who appointed Campbell the actual goods mover,) and should sue them for all losses incurred and seek compensation for stress and anxiety caused etc. Sometimes, and this is one of them, a case is reported were the lines between criminal conduct and non-criminal conduct become blurred, and there should be provision made to approach the Police, for the carrier Campbell to be arrested and prosecuted by them. I’m arguing the Police should have the power to decide whether cases like this classic example are a truly a Civil matter, or an Criminal matter, and act accordingly. There is so much criminality involved here that those involved should not be allowed to go unpunished,
